★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult company. Tried to call on emergency contact number on sunday noon @ 12 to 1. No one responded !!!! Many other issues. Hope to become good CGD company like Gujarat Gas .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience, install pipeline in my apartment 2months back and in some flat without meter, till date no meter in some flat and in some flat gas started, doing inquiry and asking for complain number no response and very very rude answer. Very very bad experience before gas started thinking to disconnect. Can't even rate one star.

I have paid of Rs. 5080 on dated 31.03.19 vide receipt no 04200 and still my connection is pending. However in my society everyone get connected who had paid at that time. I hv lodged the complaint at least more than 50 times vide complaint no D10060077 but no one respond till date. I hv complain to every branch offices over phone even to contractor who was done the work at society. Hence no need to further explanation to recommendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one the worst government agencies in Vadodara, they don't answer your phone calls on helpline number, when you visit their office give personal numbers of respective individuals and guess what even they don't answer your calls. Everytime you face any issues you have to visit their office for at least 3 Times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are about four homes who have paid full charge of new connections since july 2020 now today is april 2022 . No new connection provided.Still we are going to vgl office again and again.How you people can take money of people and not giving connection till 02 years.You VGL is not afraid of any one.Zonal incharge is accepting that he is not capable of giving connection.Then how can you keep our hard earned money with you till 02 years without giving connection?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience. I have paid Rs 5080 in December, 2020 and they have not provided me connection even though it is almost a year now. My society already has the requisite infra but they are inordinately delaying it for reasons best known to them. I also visited their office twice located near Railway station (platform no. 6 side) and on both the occasions they told me that the contract was being renewed. Is it not their responsibility as well to inform the applicants if they are facing any issue? Consumers are always at the receiving end.
