★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see a lot of fake 5 Start reviews floating around about this project. Let me tell you upfront, the project has delayed by a good 12 months. I am the first hand buyer in the project and the builder has not lived up to the promises he has made.
Looks like they have lost interest in the project and delaying the final completion. It is my hard earned money so I want builder to come clean on the unexplained delays and be more accountable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Community is good with all required amenities. However there are too many rules and regulations, residents (especially tenants) feel really annoyed with the unnecessary ridiculous restrictions.
I feel society as such is not friendly, a clear distinction between owners and Tenants. Facility manager is arrogant, calls up every now and then, demand Fine for something or other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buyers were promised that good roads ll be laid before the project completes. It has been more than a year since ppl started living here. The access road to the apartment is in extremely poor condition. Full of mud and it gets extremely worse during rains. High chance of skidding while driving. Impossible to walk during rainy days. Vajram have been giving false promises about roads. I m not sure if the photos of the road I uploaded here will come live. If not, mail me, I can fwd!! There are still more open issues which vajram hasn't addressed yet.
Don't fall for the 5star reviews here. most probably, they are fake.
