★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management, no kindness towards clients, rude behaviour at desk, no hospitality.
Appointments not taken over phone call during covid period.
If you go personally to take appointment on desk, Receptionist will ask you bring patient to take appointment and wait even doctor is not in clinic for next 2-3 hrs.
And most irritating part: You can not go out once you took an appointment otherwise they will cancel it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor does not give any importance to his patients (he went to meet his relatives/friends while attending patients and returned after 1hr).
Receptionist is as idiotic as someone can get. You are supposed to enroll and sit there compulsorily until your turn shows up, but doctor can go here and there just to do his casual works. And the best thing, receptionist is the worst person u will ever meet. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
