★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an awesome experience. Amidst current pandemic situation, I was a little worried about the sanitization of the car, the driver not only sanitized my luggage and my hand and shoes, but also sanitized the whole car in front of me. The driver was punctual and professional.
Even the booking process is so easy, I just called once and booked the cab, rest all the communication happened via whatsapp. Customer representative was always helpful and quick to respond. The payment option was also cashless, so it was an added benefit.

Airport Taxi pickup and drop pre-booking was a very smooth experience with transparent pricing. Driver and Cab details were promptly shared with me on Whatsapp in advance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience. Owner had good English, and very honest and upfront. Prices published on website so you know you are not getting the 'usual' foreigner price hike. Car was immaculate, driver very friendly, safe and considerate. Driver arrived early and politely waited until we were ready. We were an all female travel party and were looked after incredibly well. Would happily recommend to all friends and family. Thank you for a great experience in Varanasi!
