★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We conducted a group of 14 persons and had tie-up with Varanasi cabs for pickup/ drop and sightseeing.
Even though guests were arriving/departing on different times, there was no confusion or delay anywhere. The cabs were on time and the drivers were more than helpful.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless drivers. Admin department is good, they provide timely information and all cab details.
We were given an amaze car. This is my experience below:
1) We had a time bound plan and we had to reach gaya by 9.30. The driver stopped for tea for half an hour. They even ask money for pan masala. Half an hour was wasted there.
2) The driver kept chewing pan in the entire journey which was very irritating. He kept opening the door and spitting it out. Not recommended for family.
3) WORST PART!!! The driver was playing game on the highway. At first I thought he was calling someone, later I came to know he was playing LUDO in one hand and driving in another hand. Had couple of close encounters. It is the matter of life and death.
Totally, very unsafe, very dirty and filthy experience. I won’t recommend this cab service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad driver was arranged for us. If they don’t have cab, they should tell they don’t have it. Instead they arranged very bad car who was very unsafe. Not recommended for family. They should arrange only if they know if the driver is good or not. Very risky to book the cab from them. They will arrange cab from other agencies who are not safe drivers. Don’t arrange cab from other agencies if you don’t have cab.
