Varanasi Tours Package - Varanasi

Based on the reviews in TripAdvisor, we decided to book our trip with Mangalam Travels. We are from Bangalore and it's our first trip to Varanasi and the surrounding places. We were just a group of three women and a child. We were a bit skeptical travelling on our own. But after speaking to Binitji, we got full confidence that we won't be totally lost. We had very specific requirements right from food to the places we wanted to visit rather than the places available by default in standard packages. He understood our requirements and arranged everything accordingly to the best he can. Our driver was at the airport by the time we landed. My mom was already tired and wanted south indian food (veg only). Binitji informed the driver to take us directly to Kerala Cafe, a very nice place for south indian food including coffee. Accompanied us to Ganga aarti in the evening and also to the sunrise boat tours. Gave us good information about the places we visited. We had to make adhoc changes to our plan depending on mom's health. We were also late sometimes in starting our tour. Binit was very co-operative throughout and was very accommodating to all the changes. From Varanasi, we had to travel to Ayodhya via Allahabad. It was a long journey and we knew we'd travelling in the night and reaching the hotel very late. The driver (Ajay) assigned to us was very friendly and we didn't have any worry traveling so late. Throughout our trip, Binit kept calling to check the status and was also taking care to resolve any concerns we raised. We booked everything through Mangalam travels including Mangal aarthi and boat tours. However, it'll be a bit more cheaper if you book on your own. Mangal aarthi can be booked online. It'll be 50rs less per person than what we paid to Binit. Similarly, for sunrise boat tour we paid 2000rs for a private, hand rowing boat. We did a motor boat ride also, which was 2500rs. If you want, you can negotiate directly with the boat men and work out a better price. Accomodation provided in all the places were really good. Hotel Ganges Grand in Varanasi and Krishna Sparsh in Naimisharanya were really good including the breakfast and hospitality. Krishna Palace in Ayodhya was not good but Binitji told us that's the best he could get in that area. Since it was just one night stay, we managed. Breakfast is good in this place. Hospitality and cleanliness not that great. As for food, in Varanasi, Binitji suggested Deena chaat centre. It's very average and not very hygienic but was crowded. Next day we found a restaurant called Keshri on Dashashwamedh ghat road. Ground floor they serve chaats and fresh juice. First floor lunch and dinner. Very clean and tasty. We also visited Baati Chokha restaurant. Strongly recommended by Binitji for authentic Banaras food. Loved the food and service here. Must try to get taste of Banaras. Excellent place. Overall, our trip was a memorable one. Throughout the trip we felt like we can totally rely on Binit for any kind of queries and arrangements. Strongly recommend Managalam Travels. Reliable, friendly, professional and extremely committed.

He is very friendly and warm and easy to talk to. His English is very good. He enriched our experience of Varanasi immensely, and I strongly recommend him.

Hi I am Gayathri from Bangalore.. I had recently been to Varanasi Ayodhya and Naimisharanyam pilgrimage.. As I was searching for a customized trip of 4 days.. I accidentally saw The Varanasi tour and package website n decided to call the number given in the website.. I spoke to Mr. Vineeth and explained that the trip would be possible in 5 days.. As it was corona time I wanted to return as soon as possible.. He customized the trip to 4 days.. He personally updated me the state developments periodically.. We were picked up by his driver (a nice gentleman )on time for airport n Me. Vineeth helped us by arrangementsfor pindapradhanam and Vishwanath temple puja too.. He had booked rooms in clean places.. And kept enquiring about our travel details.. First time I went through a new travels n my experience was 10/10.

Mr. Binit is one of the best person we met in India: a sincere enthusiast of life and his own city Varanasi. He took us not only into a guided tour of the city but gently into the culture, manners, spirituals. One of the best 2-days tour we had in our life. An excellent storyteller, we hope to have the chance to visit more spots with him next time.

It was a very good experience in Varanasi .Binit Mishra took good care from the start.It was a dream like experience and i enjoyed every moment hastle free.Looking forward for more such tours with them and highly recommend to choose them as your tour guide and wonderful experience

We enjoyed our boat ride with Bineet Mishra on Dev Deepavali day. Very warm and great hospitality. They know the place very well. Fantastic guide.

As we planned for dev Deepawali boat ride. Checked few of the options in internet. Finally convinced with Mr Binit and booked boat ride on the day of Dev Deepawali. He explained in detail about the crowd , rules, timings and how beautiful the Ghats would be decorated. He coordinated very well. We had excellent boat ride. In one of the ghat's we even got down and lit the diyas. Boat person even managed to find very good place for Ganga aarthi in Dashashwamedh ghat. All the ghat's were decorated with lots and lots of diyas, it was like all stars have come down to Earth. Though we felt the pricing for boat ride was expensive. Had amazing trip.

Mr Binit Mishra had organized a group tour package for 9 days. Well organized tour with airport pick up facility. Stay was comfortable at Tridev grand and in other places too. Very punctual and discipline tour agent and guide. Temple visit was a bliss. Ganga aarti, morning sunrise boat ride and local sight seeing too was well planned. Had a great stay.
