★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasai has been a lovely place, with well maintained stations and seating arrangements. There are 7 platforms serving local tral travel as well as across the country. The station is neat and clean the toilets are well maintained. The ticket counters are good and the staff is polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to complaint about. Its just Ok. Couldn't find appropriate exit/ entry from platform 7 or could not find any lift or escalator or signages throughout the platform. Difficult for senior citizens and differently abled. They have to cross the railway track to avoid steps. It is like any 20 years old Indian railway station, although thousands of travelers are traveling every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good, Not Bad. It needs cleanliness and more dustbin and bench. Even roof top. The good thing is that there are displays to show the train no. and coach no. i.e B1, S1, etc. Well I did liked it. Keep it up!!!!

Out side of the railway station is bus stand
You will get good street food outside with cheep rates,
pani Puri 6 pieces 20 rupees
Booking office is not so good
Two booking office is there one is closed when I reached there on 20th December 2021

Very nice staff is on platform no. 7

Best part is trains connect to diva and Goa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasai is a extreme suburbs station and has a close proximity to Mumbai City. But completely ignored with the upgraded version compared to the other stations. People here deserve better infrastructure and easy access to move out and in quickly. Best part is connectivity to outstation trains, from Gujarat, Rajasthan trains to South India.
