★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor documentation and response. I have not yet received the handover papers of my flats after sending many mails, massages and calls. It was supposed to be construed in 2014 but yet not completed. I found very unprofessional behaviour of the field staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very week superviser and all the members. We booked 3 flats in Ashopur Aditi C(1) and Ganga C(2) and got registered in 2012. That time the map was not cleared and they have completed our registration. Later in 2014 they told us that it will be very delay and the land of Aditi C and Ganga C is not cleared with farmer yet. They suggested to move our flats in Aditi B(1) and Ganga B(2). We agrred to move the flats in B from C. They cancel our previous registration and prepared the new registration paper which was not same as per our previously made registration which is canceled now by them. In previous registration paper the flat size was 824 sqft and in new registration paper the size was 800 sqft. Also the very important and pain pointing matter is that in previous registration they have written our full cost inclusive of car parking but in new registration they have mentioned the same cost exclusive car parking.
They are not very faithfull and we are telling him to give the written confirmation that why you are not doing the registration as same as our previous registration which you have already canceled. And we have already deposited all the registration cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a flat in 2011 and till date neither got that flat nor refund of money, more than 5 lakhs struck in this, they are deffering the payment dates and after no choice I filled case at consumer court. Total waste of money in vastu vihar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could rate in negative... We bought a house worth more than 40 lakhs in pipili odisha ... Inexperienced engineers worst drainage system... No pressure in water pipes and useless drainage pipes... Seepage in walls... And what can I say about the incompetence of the engineers... The products given by the company is of the most lowest quality... doors , tiles windows... One cannot find a more lower quality product than one given here ... And no response to complaints... No action is taken when we state our problems... I feel like crying... I used to live in a 1bhk govt apartment ... I miss that house after living in 3bhk duplex vastu vigar house ... I was happy to get my own house .. now its my biggest tragedy
