★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope this review will help others before buying the property here, the construction quality , all the flats are good. Builder did the committed work 80 % but other pending things such as Kaveri connection, sewage( not yet done) basement work, play area quality very very poor. That need to be improved a lot.he committed to us since 5 years, but still not yet done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is good. Finishing work is very very poor. Not completed committed works from last 5 years. Everytime same answer "will be done in 1 week". That 1 week not completed from 5 years.
By looking at basement you can judge what is the quality of finishing work.
