★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pan card parcel. When the delivery boy came to give it to me, they demanded ""Rs. 20""" wanted a bribe.The delivery boy told me directly that it was our delivery charge. But before that I asked the pan card office i.e. customer care of NSDL whether I have to pay any delivery charge for my pan card? They said it would not cost any money. He did not deliver my pan card and used it rudely with me. This is the delivery boy's number :- +918657893203. And I called their customer care 50+ time, they never picked up the phone. I have also mailed, and I do not know they will take any action on this incident that happened to me!

How can bank send something useful with such disgusting courier service I don't know!
