★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to work here as a graduate in 2013. From what I could recall this place was filled with good people made to work in a pathetic work place. They paid 6000 rs a month including PF deduction, the cafeteria served what felt like food with absolutely low quality ingredients and cooked with no care in the world for employees who would swarm the place for what was a solitary hour that would be the entire days break.
The people working here for long were made to work extra hours - I am not sure how they were compensated. They would arrive an hour early in the wee hours and would leave late at night.
All Phones were left with the receptionist who would keep them for you. The work place stood besides jain University, one of the most prestigious and revered universities atleast in Karnataka. The contrasting crowds in both buildings was baffling to look at; one side there were youngsters trying to make ends meet mostly uneducated, working and living in difficult conditions and going through it with a smile on their faces. The other side was a reserve for education, people walking on the clouds, mostly privileged and highly educated.
It was a disgusting experience and the only thing that made it better were its amazing people and their commitment, perseverance in the pathetic circumstances. looking after one another, having fun and the hard work.
