★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Clean and well managed place. However VFS should provide a better waiting room facility for the people coming to Delhi from different places. If you are going there, take only Mobile phone(which is allowed in switched off Mode) and papers required. There is a locker facility which charges Rs 200 for 90 minutes and Rs 100 for each 60 minutes thereafter.. Its located at very convenient place and easy to reach from Airports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive centre and very professional and polite staff. Took 2hrs for my token number rest just 30mins process.
However , the Cash Counter guy seemed mischievous as he might have duped many people by saying that you have provided less cash.
Please count your cash carefully before handing it over to the Cash Counter guy. Happened with me but I asked him to hand over my cash back to me to recheck and then he said that its correct amount. So , please be careful with your hard earned money and don't fall for the trap.
Even their money counting machine is faulty.
Happened with my friends too ,so count your cash before handing over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada student visa stamping in this vfs office takes more time than that of others. Passport has no status for many days after delivering there. When calling staffs are giving irresponsible information. Feel like Canada office has irresponsible employees or employee shortage. NO STATUS FOR PASSPORT AND TRACKING ALSO NOT WORKING WHICH MEANS THAT THEY HAVEN’T STAMP THE VISA. I should have give zero star if there was any options.
Irresponsible and lazy staffs ever. Government should think replace them. When i went to review I understand that in these days this office is not working efficiently. Please note bye embassy and government and take dome actions. At the same tine Bangalore office is working efficiently. There is no way to get the status of the passport, that was the staff’s reply. I couldn’t believe but I’m supposed to.
Never expected this much bad service. Passport is being stuck for canada visa stamping many days.

I have experienced VSF many times, availing best services every time.
This time my VFS experience is little bit bad..
(UK-OFFICE)
They have no communication between staff,
I have already premiere lounge access and they give me general token,And when my number came in the sequence, they was told you have premiere lounge access and i have to wait for my turn..
They wasted a lot of my time..
In my experience vsf service is pretty good in past.. Even ahmedabad-mumbai-delhi also..
Other wise please is quite good,
Food, cleaning,ext....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop place for all the major visas. We had applied for UK visa and the process was smooth. Parking is there nearby. Everything is Very much organised. We four applicants got free in under 50 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive center, inside the metro station, below the ground. Huge queues and will managed overall, but lacking in upstream organisation.
I booked appointment online but no indication of what documents to bring, what forms to fill, what amount of cash to bring.
There is no digital payment options, only cash which is a pain.
Staff were courteous and patient which is credit to them given the crowds they have to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional service. Staff were very helpful, but they have limited role so you have to go to the particular representative counter for every particular thing. Good fast and effective service. I have applied for Italian visa and it takes only 5 days for complete process. Photocopy, email, scanning all the facilities are available yes it is little expensive. One thing which I noticed they don't have proper waiting place or room and also they didn't allow you to enter before appointment time.
