Here is my story:
I went there to change my sim ownership. They told that to change the ownership I need to convert my sim to postpaid as the previous owner is not from my family. But later I got to know that it was not mandatory. Only valid ID proof of previous and recent owner is necessary, which I had. They also told me about different benefits and offers of using postpaid which do no exist. They are totally fraud.
