★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience.. The staff Jeetu at Andheri gave me a jacket without button.... When I asked him to send me a new one or Mendez he asked to deliver... They don't care and inspect the product... Then he asked me to connect to owner Mr.Shivam..he too was not wanting to listen... He told.. It's just a button why don't you stitch or get it stitched ... Is this the way you Alana customer who has come to your store and picked a product... It's OK a product can be defective, but you need to address need Of the customer... When i requested to send some one... He said that you will have to take it to store....Its the store fault for giving without checking and they are asking customers to come back for getting it repaired ..pooor poor service... Sir, Do you think people have all the time to travel to your store to mend a defective stuff sold... Just keeping affordable stuff and no proper service is really disappointing.. Mr.shivam , As a owner, Appreciate you take care of your brand image and help customers if it's a fault at your end...... Customer service needs to be improved... Sad.... Will avoid going next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience visiting Vidyarthi Andheri branch has been a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A special mention of praise to Mr Jeetu and Mr Sonu for their patience. Also Deepu and Raju were very Cooperative and helpful. We felt very much at home.
