★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is not very clean to begin with. That's mainly because it's not well maintained due to lack of people coming in.
It's just a small spot for tourists to come for a short while, enjoy the sea from a cluster of rocks and boulders, which make a great spot for some photo session. So the place is more like a view point rather than a destination.
The local food stalls are pretty decent and one can try various sea foods among other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best spot on the eastern coast in WB. Nice little shacks which were initially on the beach but have moved back after the Amphan cyclone, but the shacks still keep live desi chicken , fish , prawns, crabs etc and some of them them very well also. You can get beer there . Sitting on the coast when the tide moves in feels super awesome, the water from the waves splashing on your face is awesome. Recommended to stay at mondarmoni and visit tajpur for a day trip, enjoy the beach and mainly the shacks and go back to mondarmoni. Public Toilet is available sometimes. The guy in charge disappears sometimes ?
The beach or the water as in most places in WB beaches is nothing exciting.
