I purchase X Blade and drive it 2200 KM also done one sevice even though the Brake Pad get damage and the Honda service center is not replacing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for first service of bike...they did pretty good job. I will suggest dont take any part for highness other that fork glitter. Other part like leg guard engine gard are worth less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in vihaan Honda servicing just now and we were giving our new scooter for servicing for the first time and we have barely used our scooter for 50kms and had given them the scooter with 80% fuel and when we came to collect the scooter they had drained our fuel and were arguing that there wasn't any fuel to begin with. They are scamming the users by draining the fuel. It is not a big amount but the fact that they are stealing is worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pethetic service by Vihaan Honda not trust worthy at all.. Staff may come and say this isn't working that part needs to be replaced however it's all about making money. Don't go for your service I would rather prefer and did go to a nearby mechanic who understands atleast the requirement of customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good for new vehicles as they dont have to do lot of work, but pathetic service for old vehicles (+2years). Mechanics don even open the part to see what exact probm can be there inside that specific part. They just advise you to install a new one. This problem is just because they have lot of vehicles for servicing at one time and they all are bounded with the targets of per day vehicle servicing. So they themselves dont interfere much and advise you for new parts instead of getting repaired. This was my experience, since I had to take my bike 3 times just for booking that repairing slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience. My activa was dented in their service center to which they never claimed the responsibility. It was a big dent which they said existed from long back.
But when i cancelled the amc, they offered me further discount, just to cover up the damage.
Its better to have your bike service outside, rather than this unprofessional place. Its nothing less than loot and hooliganism.
