★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On behalf of Sudhir Joshi . We have booked flat no.1705 Indigo on January 2021 and have paid 90% of amount. However not even 70% of work is done. Even with corona restrictions over the building construction is very slow or rather halted. While booking the flat i was assured of the possession of flat by September 2021 and this was the main reason for me booking the flat. I a retired professional, am now living on rent. Even my emails are being not replied. I fell cheated as the commitments that were promised during the sales discussion by the well and soft spoken sales persons were not at all delivered. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this project when I visited it. I couldn't believe that it would be so peaceful in Thane and just minutes away from Ghodbunder road. I went to the sample flats and the views are so beautiful that I could't believe it.
If anyone is thinking of buying a flat they should definitely check out Orovia, especially for the views!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live nearby this, the quality of the construction and community seem good so far. But the outside road provided by builder/tmc to their residents , feels like they are being cheated. The road is made of paver blocks instead of concrete/ bitumen , it was created in last 6 months of the year 2021 the road by the March of 2022 has already started to have issue with loose blocks, uneven surface and overall aesthetic of it.
The residents here should ensure to relay this to their builders to get better accessibility to the upcoming Metro station from Anandnagar.
Also please note that the infrastructure be it electricity or water , drainage (currently under progress) still hasn't been upgraded to handle that many people. The effect of which can be seen easily by frequent electricity cutoff for long hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this project recently. Project is really good. The manager explained me all things very well. I was interested to book 2 bhk around 660 carpet
The price they quoted was very high.
But later I came to know from channel partner that they give high discount if you go with channel partner. So do your own home work before you go to builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New constructed 4 tall residential towers with beautiful view of Hiranandani backside. There are also commercial spaces available. Ground floor have shops and first floor have offices. It's going to be premium product in coming days as this project is at walking distance away from new TCS office at Hiranandani and at short distance away from the Walk.
