Tried calling him next day to get some things sorted . Kept ignoring my calls and when mever he picked he wanted to talk later .

β β β β β Didn't deserve even 1 star. 3rd class organization. A lady from Customer Ops was trying to dupe us by saying that they only sell 2 ton ACs if room size is 150sq ft and you can not decide yourself if u want a 1.5 ton AC. Since they are unable to sell 2 ton AC's so they are pushing products like this to honest customers. Fraud company fraud employees

β β β β β Horrible service and customer support.
I purchased Sansui 55 inch LED TV two weeks back. Two days later, Sansui representative came and installed it around 1.5 feet above eye level. Thereafter on contacting him many times, he always said that he would come and reinstall at the correct position but he never came.
No corrective action has been taken even after contacting Sansui customer care and Vijay Sales.

β β β β β pathetic services of Vijay sales. i bought Sony TV in 2019 issues was with logo and display not yet resolve, bought refrigerator in 2021 huge screeches was there not yet resolve. Now i bought Vivo y73 just 15-20 days back, and facing issue incoming calls are not displaying and music volume automatically decreasing.
Vijay sales not helping even not listening. why we trust on these type of Seller. we should avoid #Vjaysales.

β β β β β The customer service staff is very rude and unprofessional. Impossible to reach them on phone as they do not pick the calls and the customer service helpline never haa any representatives available. Sales rep informed me that I would be given a demo and the respective company engineer will come to install the product that I purchased. It has been more than the 24 hour window post delivery and no one has bothered to come or even call me regarding my purchase. And finally when I was able to reach the representative at Vijay sales, they blatantly refused to help me and said no demo or installation was ever promised. Very poor service and even worse staff
