★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased quite a few sarees from this place previously. The salesmen provided excellent service. Now I am coming here 4 years later and I'm shocked to see the horrible service! Nobody welcoming and guiding us. Secondly, the saleslady who attended to me OMG she was so lethargic and behaving like she was doing me a favor by showing me sarees. To add to that she was showing me attitude. You will be tired from the energy she exudes. I just left without buying anything. Won't be going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showroom is quite spacious. Ambience is good. It is located in Jayanagar area of Bangalore city. You get vereity of saries for all your needs. The only drawback is, prices are pretty high. Wear mask and maintain social distance while shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is since 1920 and every year before Kannada calendar New Year they have a SALE of upto 40% off. The prices are on the higher side but the quality of silk will be very good. They also have a monthly installment scheme to buy sarres/dress materials in the multiples of 500 INR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone on an errand near jayanagar 3rd blk yday evening in a casual dress. I noticed vijayalakshmi silks 40% sale at 8:15 pm. I stay around 7 kms away from Jayanagar. I thought let me check the collection and pick any if I like. I entered the shop . The salesman and manager did not seem to be interested to sell me anything. They kept telling me some sarees are expensive. May be dropping a hint that I can't afford. How silly these guys are that they check a person dress and decide their worth. I was there for 15 mins and was not entertained at all. Mukha nodi mane' hakodhu bidi. Even if it is closing time be courteous to your customers.
