★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very bad to live in, it is filled with rats, bed bugs, and swimming pool never gets cleaned so mosquitoes are in plenty, the snooker tableand table tennis board are in bad shape and are only accessible to owners of flat so if you are Tennant you won't get to use them . The rooms are in very bad condition , and lastly the positive reviews here are of owners, they have written it so that tennants will come here, at this price you will get a very good society with very good gym , snooker table ,table tennis, badminton and other major facilities in a very good condition. owners and pg guys won't return your security anyway giving some false excuses like maintenance and all despite that it is not at all maintained, so Please don't consider moving here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is riddled with bed bugs and rats. The cleanliness and maintenance of the apartments is absolutely pathetic, on top of that the security untrustworthy too.
The owners and caretakers take everything for granted and seems like have left everything upto God.
There are some positives for this place too but are not worth mentioning compared to what I have stated earlier.
If you wish to lead a peaceful and a tension free life please find somewhere else to live, this place is simply not fit for living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is quite good. It is located in a good place and the ITPL main road is easily accessible. Opposite to this apartment is the Brookefield Mall. This society is guarded by security 24 hours a day. But one problem is that sometimes water is not there in taps though rarely.
