Promised fiber optic connection but delivered CAT6 wire and connection
I have been repeatedly informing Viking network regarding the internet fluctuating but I only get them telling me that my wire is faulty.
Excuses -
1. Wire is faulty. (Wire was changed)
2. Router is faulty (Router was changed)
3. Wire plug is faulty (plug changed twice)
4. Terrace booster has a issue (rectified)
5. Again, wire is faulty.
Two connections in the building and both are facing the same fluctuation issue. Speeds from 25mb drop to 0.10mb.
Now again they say it's a wire issue.
With 95ping and at times 4500 jitter yet they still blame the wire.
ITS BEEN MONTHS AND YET NO RECTIFICATION
I am supposed to get 25MB speed - please view the pics attached
