★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i own a unit here and trust me maintenance charge is Rs2713 for 1bhk. and this charges doesn't include club house facilities.
this is clearly much higher compared to anywhere in global city area.
they're simply looting people. stay cautious!! stay away though if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not purchase the flat over here.. we are stuck and it's really bad experience. Guy named Anil from Sales office doesn't know how to deal with customer once flat is purchased. Worst experience over here. Have to give 1 star as there isn't option of 0.

I’ll start with some facts to be known, since this property is build up in joint venture with Ekta the whole area of this complex is not accessible to Vinay Unique residents. Though the garden area and club house is a part of the agreement but there are partitions put and this is very disappointing.
While purchasing the flat I was shown the glittery amenities and access towards the turf and garden area but to my surprise it was a myth.
Well I got some positive feedback too. The sales people out in office are really some kind hearted and cooperative people. I would like to thank Raj Purohit and Suraj who were there till the end of the deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinay unique is very nice project they use to offer 2 bhk fully furnished flats for 50lakhs onwards.
It's located at a very good height.
The ground part is used for rain water harvesting.
The sales office is just opposite to the project.
The build quality is just the issue.
