CC TV attach to all area from parking to lift entrance wings lobby good security. Each and every room comes with power backup video bell , all 3 side hall kitchen and bedroom comes with small balcony. Building area attach 3 portable garden, Good parking area . Seen many properties at near by area but frankly speaking this people gives many things which other people don't give. Highly recommended site.... Thanks to Hemant Agarwal ( Agarwal solitaire) Virar west.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is good but I can't say the same for the builder. Didn't had a good experience dealing with him for this specific property. There are no updates from builder, as to when the municipal water will be provided or when the electric meters will be installed. He has been stalling the above problems for more than 1.5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should reconsider purchasing a flat here because the Agarwal Solitaire society's area is shared with other societies. Although building is nice & flat's design is good. Also their property prices are really high & there's no water from VVMC.
