★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as per commitment... Not maintaining building by builder.. very much delay in flat handover.. all r false commitment. 3rd class response... Builder always talk to u when he required money, but friend at this site lots of issue is there.
After 3 years of construction of came and from 2years not intrested to handover the flat, form society, huge maintenance...
Pls don't buy property in ekta virar project, it is your hardcore money....

Lot of shops are available to fulfill our daily needsViews are great from terraces . Liked it here except for travel routes. Room rates are also reasonable varying according to various factors??
