★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at all, owner is very rude, not listening customer's request, talk with high volume to the customer, not a single Rs service you will get after purchase, misleading customer with providing wrong information, very expensive in sales and service though not providing any satisfactory service
Never visit and never buy any product from this vendor. You will not get any service for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a hero cycle 4 months back for becoming physically active and also looking the lockdown situation of parks and public places. I was promised that one free service will be provided at the due time. When I returned for the service I found that the behaviour of the owner was very rude. He talked in pathetic manner. Let me also tell you that I did serviced my cycle from some other service provider and it only cost Rs. 20/-(insignificant).
But it's not the amount that matters but the after service, your behaviour with your customers
This person is not you can rely for after sales service. He will speak in the most courteous manner when he would want to sale his product to you but he will be pathetic when you will return to him after sales.
I request to all the people not to buy from him..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience at all. Shop keeper is not at all reliable by his words. I bought a bicycle for a baby having side wheels (to help a learner for balancing) on 14th Dec 2019. It was with warranty of 1year. At the time of purchase it has been told by shop keeper that when you feel that baby has learned and able to drive bicycle without side wheels, you may return the same and will provide side stand in lieu. After around eight months when I reached to replace the side wheels with a stand, I've been told that no one has committed to replace side wheels with a stand and I am lying to get the side stand free of cost! Why should a genuine customer with a bill should lie for insignificant benefit? It was also an argument from him that, have we given this in written anywhere which you are claiming? Generally these kind of terms remains oral and never went till written evidence.
Even if for a moment we assume (but it was not for sure) there may be some mis-understanding at the time of purchase, this must not be the way to treat the customer. Would like to confess honestly here that my voice has been raised while arguing with him, which I feel was my mistake.
My request to all, even if you are going to buy something from this or any other vendor, pls take all such commitments or offerings or value adds in writing over an invoice. Don't make the mistake which I did.

When I have visited first time this store they given me the promise to provide me any type of service for my bicycle but later when I have experienced with one fault in the rear wheel he totally denied to give the service and the behaivour of the owner is very rude with the customer

I bought cycle from him before 10 days and now it's not working properly so i called for servicing . So he replied very rudely that why are u calling me. We are not providing service. And phone cutt.
So, Don't buy Cycles from this place. They are ruining HERO cycle's name.

Owner and his son is very rude. They are changing the price on hourly and daily basis, First they will say 20000 and next day he will say price 15000 to another person in front of me., They are literally Making people FOOL. I have experienced 2 times in last 1 month and i warning you before you buy please check price and everything ONLINE because they are very RUDE and they are stealing people's money.
