★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be quite good and i have been a regular customer for the last 2-3 yrs. But lately i felt a big drop in their quality. Most of their good therapist who were professionally trained have left this place, the ones presently working are not very experienced and are learning on the job. Secondly in terms of housekeeping there also there is a drop in quality eg the towels have become very old, oily n smelly. For which on a number of occasions i have given the feedback to replace with new ones but i guess the owners and the management there is more focused on the immediate profit rather than building and retaining customers.
Overall the value for money is not very much considering the price.
I would rate this place as average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are not at all clean n hygienic. They are charging 2300 for massage which is not worth as therapist are not well trained. I was disappointed at the end of the therapy. I've membership at white spa n in Tunga hotel too. Both places are good n reasonable. This place lacks hygiene n professional therapist. Also during massage I told therapist many times that you are not doing it properly as she was literally shivering but she didn't pay attention. Anyway, not worth it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I visited here. All amenities are ok, but the behavior of receptionist seems non-professional, and the therapist Sonia's massage service quality is not up to the mark and poor service provided is not handled well, as I was asked for extra Tip. Very unprofessional !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Therapy was professional, and gave me best experience so far. Try Deep Tissue Therapy with 90 min, where they’ll provide you steam bath and Hot Shower as well.
If you’re visiting as couple, enjoy Couple Spa Therapy with Jacuzzi as well at extra cost. Refer my name for extra 20% discount as I’m a local guide!
