Pros,
Only colleagues are best.
Cons,
This is the place, you will be working like slaves, they show and gives build up like they are std people by manipulating and playing with young people with their Documents, their is no proper common/basic facilities.
No on time salary. Still after a year also I have not got my salary. Simply holding back without a reason.
Heavy work pressure and Over time. Not any one day, all the days.
No professional ethics, poor management ethics.
They are playing with employees life by taking a bond.
I personally feel and belive one who want to build a career never ever start your careers like this company, especially............ company.
Moreover, Rules are only for employees and to any boss, because he is boss.
Heavy politics no proper coordinatesion no proper information to be follow and blaming to employees. Etc etc.
These people hiring freshers form Carrer prime organizations and takes Heavy buildup and later they won't give anything to their employees. That's ia why they are taking a bind.
Hayy management I request to pay my hard earned money ? which is due from last 2 years.
