★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic unprofessional behavior of the staffs at the cash counter. I was harassed very badly along with my kids and forced to pay a duplicate bill of '₹1844' + the baggage charge stating that they haven't received the payment although the money got deducted from my a/c & credited to Vishal Mega Mart a/c. Got this confirmation from PhonePe already that its the issue from the Merchant's bank, still the executive at the store told me that its due to my network issue on my phone & used my phone to raise a ticket??.... The manager has no skills to handle any customer servicing issue... and is absolutely good for nothing!! Regretting my decision to choose Vishal Mega Mart, Barasat for shopping!?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vishal mega mart is a budget friendly shopping mall.Menswear, ladies wear and kids wear all are available here. Stock is good almost. Commodity stocks are good most of the time but sometimes the stock goes down. Apart from clothes, winter clothes, bedding, utensils, various electronics items, gift items, groceries, home appliances, beauty products are all available here. The mall has two floors. Sometimes good offers are available at clearence sale. The quality of things is fairly good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have limited money in your pocket but have to purchase a lot of this and quality doesn't matter then obviously visit Vishal Mega mart.
All type of things you can buy which you need in your daily life. But the quality is so poor.
New year(2022) and new changes in Vishal mega mart, barasat - Ac replaced by ceiling fan. I visited two times in this week and i could not stay much time in the mall because there have no concept of ventilation and no working AC. So it is so hard to survive and shopping in this summer at barasat vishal mega mart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can enjoying your shopping experience with affordable price , check the manufacturer date before buying any food/ ready to eat items, better price compare to other outlets. Space is too short that might difficult while shopping. AC are not working most of the times, long haul in billing counter. Toilet facilities is not available, drinking facilities is not available, seating place is not available.
