★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Prashant kutiram for last 15 yrs and I still go. I got introduced as a high schooler and yoga I learnt here has helped in all facets of life. Best part is you end up losing minimum 2-4 kilos during every week visit. Thanks to pranayama, meditation and yoga classes. Must try atleast once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I along with my wife & son stayed for a week at Arogyadhama, Prashanti kuteeram.We have undergone a course which involved kriyas,Pranayama,yogasanas,deep relaxation techniques,Mind sound resonance techniques.Further there was chanting of Bhagavad gita slokas,Aum kara etc.Every day some kind ayurvedic or naturopathy treatment was also included.Overall an excellent experience.High dose of Spirituality and light body & mind.
The place is serene,tranquil and the staff are very cooperative.Diet is also good.I rate their course 5/5

They are highly organised and the courses are systematically defined on the basis of extensive research over a couple of decades. Articulate teachings make this the most sought after university for studies related to Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy and many more. I will be indebted to SVYASA for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is place for yoga therapy treatment with a facility with two hundred beds. fifteen day stay there is a unique experiencing with dedicated volunteers working with spiritual motivation. one need not have any sickens to join there.
worth trying for people of all ages!
