★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here because of my new v17 phone display. They never answer the calls. The staff at the counter was not welcomeing, no customer service ethics, no politeness. The girl at the counter did not even ask the customer to have a sit when I was at the counter. I had to drive 20 km to reach service center. For a job of 30 min that they promised me over the phone they asked me to come in the evening. I love vivo products. But after this experience I dont think I will or recomend any1. Vivo should choose their employees wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They insist that you have to visit thier centre. Which can be both inconvenient as well as time consuming. I just needed a simple question asked. "Will the part be available with them" a simple yes or no would have resolved it. I covid times people prefer online and telephony help. But here they prefer to risk others life and thier own. Not happy.
