★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is not so prominent. And interior is too crunchy. No waiting area or seats available for customers. Though staff was quick and cooperative. Idea should change it to bigger and more convenient place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST, USELESS, HOPELESS, CHEATING, LYING AND DISGUSTING idea cellular.
Firstly idea doesn't have the CALIBER to resolve any customers complaint there is only CHEATING, LOOTING AND FALSE HOPES for 4g network from idea.
The issue was discussed but not resolved, idea dosen't have the CALIBER to give 4g services they had wasted my internet 4g plan without any speed for 20 days by giving 0 bytes/sec. By raising the complaint only LYING AND FOOLING replies without resolution. Never ever buy any of idea's 4g or any other internet plan and repent in future their 4g internet speed is 0 bytes/sec.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I asked them to give me replacement of my damaged prepaid sim card, they told replacement card will come with 4 months postpaid plan monthly 499 bill. After I disagree they told me if I want prepaid card I have to pay 300 service charge. This is very wrong there is no such policy like this. card replacement is free of cost in all galleries.
