★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with their service . They arnt professional ,they dont attend calls or even to respond back. Would rate their service a negtaive 100!! Miss Shilpa just keeps cutting the call !!! Wouldnt recommend this place at all !!! We gave our car for service,made the payment but there was problem so we immediately called them but they are just not responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car stopped switching on, my local mechanic identified the fault lying with starter, and said the cost of repairing the starter is 1500. However I would have preferred getting the part repaired by the company. When I called Volkswagen downtown Mumbai they refused to share the cost of repairing the starter. They said I would have to pay 1400 for towing, then they will check and tell me what costs I have to pay. This way of doing business reduces trust on them. This policy, despite Volkswagen website listing costs of most major service and replacements.
(They gave lame excuse that they will themselves identify problem before giving estimated cost.) (Maybe if u gave the cost and if it seemed fair,you would have got more business today)
(Also, knowing this, I doubt I'll buy volkswagen again)
The person who answered the phone at Volkswagen was Shilpa. Gave a call today at noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a Polo Comfortline AT from here. Sales Agent Mr.Hifzur Rehman was very professional from the beginning to the end. Entire experience has been first class.
I was on the lookout for Polo GT since 3 months. Enquired at all the dealerships in Mumbai but there was a waiting period of 3-4 months. But I wanted the car for Diwali. So just one week before Diwali I called this dealership by chance. Mr.Hifzur informed me that there is a long wait for GT but there is a comfortline AT available for immediate delivery. I did not waste anytime and booked it immediately. The entire process from securing the loan to booking the car has been done over the phone itself. They even offered me good discounts on the vehicle, the insurance and even the extended warranty and service packages.
The price quoted here is much less than the other dealerships in Mumbai. Special thanks to Hifzur who home delivered the vehicle even though it is late in the night. Such dedication is highly appreciated.
I highly recommend this dealership if you are planning to get a VW in Mumbai. Very professional, transparent and offers great deals.
