★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought our Polo GT TSI from Triumph Volkswagen (Sohna road, Gurgaon) in June 2019 and for the HSRP sticker we have been asked to contact the dealer. However, the dealer is refusing to provide any help with this and says we don't provide such services. Although, the HSRP website clearly states that vehicles bought after 1 April 2019 requires contacting their dealers. Please advise who will help in this case. Expected little better after sales support from them. Attaching the HSRP website statements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Volkswagen Polo from Sohna Road showroom almost 1.5 years back , I would say this is one of the friendliness showroom i have seen.. since the day of booking till the delivery the sales sales team was quite helpful . Shushil and the team was fantastic. How I forgot to take the name of service team specially Arti ..entire servicing team of this showroom is great. Every time when I have gone to service station for any issue without taking much time they try to resolve my issue.
