★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a great team to cater ur servicing. The only problem I found is the parking and they keep the cars to be repaired or serviced outside their gate on the road side. And another one is obviously the timing they inform you to pickup the car after servicing. What ever time you go to pickup the vehicle, expect atleast 1hr waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volkswagen service centre is off the Mumbai-Pune highway in the MIDC industrial area in Nerul. This is the only one in Navi Mumbai.The service advisors, technicians are skilled and able to diagnose, fix problems pertaining to your car accurately. There's usually a rush, therefore, will be better to take an appointment for your car service/repair prior to going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I faced a airbag malfunction error on my car display during a journey. Hence visited them in the evening as they were the nearest. They scanned the onboard diagnostics of my car and removed the error. ?? However they seemed reluctant to attend to other minor issues, as it was evening.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. The service advisers have a percentage in the total bill as incentive. Hence, they try to force you to opt for unnecessary things in the service. Always ask for the standard service schedule recommended by Volkswagen, or you will be fleeced.
