★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible/Pathetic staff, No one were wearing masks & no social distancing, no one seems to be accountable for their job. Just to receive 100kgs of parcel, I paid the charges & waited for 1 Hr 20 min. At last I went inside godown & searched for my material pulling aside other bags & dragged 2 x 50 kgs bags out myself. No one was interested in helping me. Even i contacted the manager, but i was surprised to see his lethargic answers.
I seriously suggest others not to go for VRL. Use ANY transport not VRL.
In case if any of you guys are thinking that i am faking, Pls check the picture below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic behaviour from staff, you should beg for your own goods. Don’t know how to speak to customer. Timings just for show but not to follow, charged more than the invoice price.

Never trust these guys with anything, a big NO, NO, NO to any of your service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neither the staff nor the owner Mr vijay sankeshwar will read this. So i can't expect any change from them. If anyone happens to read this before utilizing their service, kindly stay away and google for other transport agents. They are just after money. They want stationary and miscellaneous charges for billing and that too twice at the booking point and delivery point. As it is the freight charges are exorbitant and over this these charges. This is completely looting and unacceptable.
