★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, workers scrutinize for every small things in the luggage, demand for extra packing charge also. And its not feel good and comfortable service, pressurized alot.
And had thought VRL would be great experience, but again workers disproved it and disappointed me alot

These people are highly unprofessional.
They over priced for vehicle moving. On top of that workers ask for money for no reason. They also called and asked me to get the vehicle from somewhere 10 km away from my house. Why would you promise door to door delivery if this was the case. when it finally arrived the unprofessional workers damaged the vehicle.
Packing of key was very confusing.
When the photo of damage was sent on WhatsApp there was absolutely no response from them. Very disappointed. Never going with vrl again. Please don't choose this.

If you are moving many carton boxes from one city to another I suggest this VRL LOGISTICS

Switching to our local and trustworthy postal department... #boycottvrl....
