★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service, irresponsible staff, in documents mentioning unloading and unpacking included, but their drivers are calling to arrange the manpower for unloading by self otherwise they will dump the household items in different city, lost my King size mattress and after calling multiple times getting careless responses.They are cheating people and deserving LEGAL ACTION BY DRAGGING THEM IN CONSUMER COURT. There is no option of minus rating as these people deserve rating of negative five.These cheaters don't even deserve a single star.

My uncle hired them when shifting house from Mumbai and they promised to deliver the goods in 2 days time.
It is almost 6 days and from the last 4 days we have only been hearing "Goods godown mein hai, aaj raat ko truck mein load ho jayega. Aap tension mat karo."
Now we are stuck in this new place while our luggage lies in their Mumbai godown.
Most of the 5 star reviews are from VRL people itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services. They have damaged and stolen my household items during service contract . For 8 months I am running for my claims which they are not entertaining citing non sense reasons. I was very unlucky that I got in a trap against them. Yes it is a trap only. Be careful . Once you give them money all the headache will be on you only.
They are using name of VRL to get orders .
Once again be careful and alert.
