★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The approach road is not built yet and gets very muddy during rains.
The colony is nice and the people are friendly. It is close to a major technology park, which makes it ideal for people in those companies. Just make sure you have a vehicle to deal with the unbuilt road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst apartments ever. The maintenance is pathetic, the elevator never works, poor sanitation and hygiene. No cleaning and worst electricity back-up, basically once there is a power cut, electricity will keep fluctuating so the power will keep coming back up and going down every 5 seconds. It's very annoying and the management doesn't do anything about. A lot of mosquitoes due to their open garbage and septic tank, dirty smell and overall disgusting. And don't get fooled by looking at the pictures posted on Google, the flats are filthy and everything is broken or on it way to just that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very cosy society with all amenities in small size. The road towards main road is pathetic during rains and it's probably the major issue with the society. Apart from that it has everything just 2 minutes away from it making it one of the best places to look for a flat if your office is near to total mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society with spacious apartments. Has ample parking space for all apartments. Contains a pool in the middle of the society. Security is also present. There is a little space for visitor's parking as well. Also contains a party hall for functions. The gym however has only weights as all the equipments don't function. The apartment gets tanker water as it doesn't have Cauvery water supply. The apartment does have power backup so there is no interruptions in power.
