★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy and vibrant place for your furbaby to have good swim and then a relaxing grooming session. Staffs are really cool and they won't force your furbaby to jump into the pool but they very patiently wait and get friendly with your pup to encourage them to come into the pool by themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was our first time taking our pup for a grooming sesh, the people at wagtime are very gentle and sweet to the pets. my only suggestion would be, they have a restriction, that is the parents aren’t allowed to accompany their pets during the grooming sesh, which was a major bummer for us, so they could either get a monitor that shows your pet grooming live for all the curious parents or they could clearly mention it before finalising the booking, in case someone wishes to see their pets getting groomed. But overall a great experience, great people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your looking for a place in Pune with grooming and swimming for your pet then Wagtime is the right place! I have been taking my Golden Retriever for grooming at Wagtime since last 1 year or so and they have never disappointed me with their service.
The staff is highly professional and provide services in the best manner possible. I myself travel all the way from Hadapsar to Aundh despite having many similar services near me just because Wagtime have been extremely reliable when it comes to grooming.

Initially I was a bit concerned as it was my pets 1st grooming experience (beagle hound 5 months) however Durva and the staff were very friendly and explained everything so well. Every few minutes they would capture short videos of my pet's experience and share it with me... Loved it?Special appreciation to the staff they are excellent with handling pet's...
