★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had not requested for any medicine from this store but delivery boy landed up yesterday with medicine and bill to our place. Looks like the bill was generated wrongly. I sent the delivery back with medicine and complaint is why such a gross mistake happens at store level. Store should take a note and corrective action to be taken. This is a serious incidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed. Bought an oximeter at night urgently. It came without battery thus it was totally useless for me. Very poor customer service. They should at least inform that cells were not included .defeated the purpose of the purchase.Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service. In spite of expressing the urgency they do not deliver on time. Please close down your shop.
I had ordered Readyrinse mouthwash on 4th January 2020 at 5.03 p.m. as my son was suffering from severe throat pain. I also ordered a number of other medicines which i did not need immediately just so that they will deliver soon. The order was delivered at almost 7 p.m. two hours after placing order. Ordered from Raheja Vihar which is so close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While there are more than one medicine shop in an area, people will definitely compare the shops. I found the team here okayish as far as dealing with customers are concerned. They don't go that extra mile to arrange medicines for customers , if the same are not available with them. Delivery time is usually long. At times, customers would be waiting but the staffs would be busy with their internal discussions. On the positive side, they have a huge stock of medicines, spacious shop with lots of staffs to cater to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy is located conveniently in the Chandivali area making it accessible to most of the residential complexes in the area.
Well stocked pharmacy. You'll rarely hear that some medicine or medical equipment is not available here. The store is spacious and even has a mini supermarket for toiletries, sanitary items, breakfast cereals and health drinks. Oh... they also sell icecreams! Pretty cool, na.
Home delivery facility is also available.
The place follows all the COVID precautionary protocols. I would rate this pharmacy safe to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the nth I've ordered from wellness and the delivery of medication is the worst ive ever experienced. I'm told time and time again that the delivery person has left and is enroute. It's been 2.5 hours and here I am still waiting. I call the pharmacy and they arent helpful at all, making sad excuses. I have now even called the delivery person directly but still no positive response. I wish services such as medicines which exist to help people are run by professionals who commit and deliver rather than people who take their and our time and need for services for granted. Very disappointed and I hope to never have to order from wellness at lake homes ever again.
