★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are fake here ....I called here to exchange Nepali currency . I surprised to know there rates 50 paise for Nepali currency however current rate on today's is 63 paise . Please don't visit here ....they are having there own rates.....they don't care about govt rates ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who handles the Western Union section is unprofessional and incompetent. He needs training in computers and needs to know the internet exists, he doesn't even know what a specific PIN is, is unhelpful and is never on time. He kept people waiting for over 2 hours and also closes transaction a lot earlier, effectively keeping the working hours between 11:30-1. Please redress as projection of a bad image for the post office is nothing new but don't let it sink further. And please teach basic English to most of your employees as foreigners had to resort to customers to send simple letters as the employees were at a complete loss in simple communication.
