★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and disheartening service. Worst condition of vehicles. Only good thing that they do not take deposit, but else then that they are miserable. Poor technical team with no customer experience. They just loot the customers with their inefficient platform. Customer Care is f***ed up. A-hole people are siting there repeating same sorry sorry line taught by other senior A-holes. Never take their service. Giving 1 star because negative is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit worried after seeing all this negative reviews about this dealer. But everything went really well for me and haven't faced any difficulty in dealing with these dealers. I booked a Platina for two days and they provided me the bike in good condition with a helmet (as per rule by Wheelsteet). The landmark given in Google maps is a bit confusing as it's not a petrol pump and is working in a small shed opposite to fortune inn (you have to take the immediate left to a road covered in metals right after small hotel along with a shop attached to get to the dealers' shed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am stuck with their vehicle and would end up paying from my pocket for their old tube.
Their call centre disconnected my call and refuses to pick up. They told me it's my mistake and I should have known that. Next time I am going to carry a mechanic with me for their convenience.
Thank you wheel street you made my day. You knew how much I love pushing bikes and paying for extra services aur bolo toh bike ka servicing bhi kara deta hun.
For those reading this please avoid it. I didn't give heed to the awful reviews regarding their services and now stuck with them. Be wise choose better. Steer clear of wheelstreet

Please don't book bike through this website. They really don't care about customer's life and safety. I booked it for my father bcoz he was travelling to pune for some personal reasons. I was just hoping my father arrive home safely. I was so worried for him. If something would have happened to him i would have never forgive myself. Pls dont take risk of ur life or ur beloved life's. I didn't take these bad reviews seriously but you should not make the same mistake. This company should be shutdown.

The manager of bikes at Hinjewadi is a rude person.
Their information given is not complete.It is inadvisable to have such little information for a person who rents a bike for the first time in their life.
Following is my complete experience with Wheelstreet Hinjewadi.So it is your option to read it or not.I advise you to read it though.
They didn't even inform me earlier that i was gonna get the vehicle with an empty tank.
At the time of taking the bike,i realized that the bike is been through more than 1 accident.I had to take snapshots of the bike or else you never know what could happen.
I went to return the bike to the store and the manager there was 30 minutes late.First 5 minutes after i arrive there,he picks up the call and tells that he will come in 5 minutes.Then doesn't pick up the call for 25 minutes then arrives.
Overall the experience is Terrible.
My advise is,keep in mind that if a site asks you to make a payment in advance,first ask them each and every question that comes in your mind.
Record that call in advanced if needed.Then make the payment.They don't even reveal the location before payment.
And the most important thing is DON'T USE WHEELSTREET SERVICES EVER IN YOUR LIFE.This was my aggression about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bike rental service ever, 1 star is just too much for them.
First of all the bikes which booker a month back were not available, we booked 2 avengers and we're given pulsar 150 that too after 2 hours of the scheduled pickup.
The bikes were in very bad condition, also the bikes didn't have yellow plates.
No helmets were provided as mentioned in the terms and conditions, we had buy our own helmets.
There were no papers too, we had too pay 1500₹ fine because of that.
No one should ever even think of renting a bike from this place.
The bikes started making noises after traveling just 20kms, our trip was destroyed becauabof this pathetic bike rental service.

Never ever book bike from Wheelstreet, because they have useless customer service. I want to share my experience , we group of 15 friends planned a road trip and am the only one who booked the bike from wheelstreet. The booking is at 11:00 PM and we have to leave next morning @4:00 AM.So i went to the pickup location before 15 mins of booking there is no one at the pickup location(Near Hotel Fortune Inn Hinjewadi ) and the phone number of the agent mentioned in the app is not reachable. I called the customer service number but of no use. So if u've ever tried to book the bike from wheelstreet add the bike in your cart and then go to the payment page and then cancel the payment they will surely call u back in >1 min. I do this and they me back and they are not picking up the customer service number but whw=en it comes to money they himself call u back. So i tried this and got a call, i explained him the situation , so he gave me an excuse that agent had some medical emergencies and he left out of station with the location keys. I got shocked and angry after hearing this that how they can be so irresponsible, the customer is standing at the location and they don't even notified earlier. even they got to know after my query. Very irresponsible staff and PATHETIC customer service . The Agent said that there is no other bike available at that time and apologized for the incident. So at night 11:30 from where i can get the vehicle moreover due to this i need to cancel my whole trip which was planned 1 month ago. This is how Wheelstreet screwed up my whole trip. So, Please don't do the same mistake of booking any vehicle from Wheelstreet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I got the bike very quickly. But it happened to me very costly. The person who gave me the bike was having 5 punctures, which cost me Rupees 480 as it was a tubeless Tyre. Also instead of listening my concern, he started arguing that I am making false comments. This was very unprofessional. I would suggest to people not to hire bike from them as it is expensive and they also not provide the deposit quickly. You have to call again and again asking for your own deposit.
