I live in Bangalore, and wanted to gift a pen to my Dad in Delhi. The pen of my choice was out of stock in the William Penn website, so I decided to visit the store in Bangalore.
The experience there was horrible as the store team were busy with their things and not interested in what I was looking for. I immediately left.
Next day, I called the store in Delhi, which Mr. Khan picked up. To my surprise, the pen was there. Mr. Khan assisted in everything from start to end, helped in packaging and to courier the gift to my Dad's house.
I am so happy with the service I received from him. Honestly, a lot should learn from him on how to handle customers. Mr. Khan nailed it. I can't thank him enough. ❤️
