★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital for health checkup. They have absolutely no support system to guide the patient. My senior citizens parents were misguided through out the day. The staff told them that the tests are complete without completing them. After objecting they did the remaining tests. Also, consultation was done even before the test were taken. Total Worthless place. Waste of time.
This my second bad experience with the hospital.

You get 1 call from doctor in a day, other hospital are not doing so.
Currently this is best hospital.
Other hospital are asking relatives to give them medicine from shop, like earlier, but wokhardt is not doing so, and that's good.
Reception desk & patient information phone are there, but looks like they are too busy, which is obvious due to load on them.
Money wise, you have to be open hearted.
Billing calls are very less frequent; so you will have to call them.
But for patients treatment, you can definitely rely on them, the doctors are good.
Recovery rate is slow, cost is high; the ratio is bad; it means big expenses.

Thanks to the team of Wockhardt heart hospital. I hope it continues the same and with the streamlined process we will be able to beat the 3rd wave.
