★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! It was for the second that they were not delivering the parcel inspite of making out for delivery update and saying customer not reachable. On the fourth day after getting the out for delivery update, i went to the Xpressbees haldia outlet (lot of struggle to find it) and saw that the parcel was there lying on thr floor. Just because it was a but bigger (but not heavy) probably they were not delivering and constantly lying that they were going. Horrible service. Extremely poor.
