★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone no woner's Name Is Dipendu Das, he doesn't know how to talk with any customer. I called him and he started to talk with slang. It was 6.30pm and he was saying that "what is the time now? is that time to call any showrooms?", but here it is showing that the showroom is open till 8 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never visit this showroom with your bike. Today, 22/10/2021, I went for my 3rd servicing. They told me to change break-pad and to lube my chain. I told them that I will do it later as I have chain cleaner and chain lube at my home. I found them disappointed with my decision.
Later when I went to take my bike after servicing around 4 pm, they told me there is some problem in the O2 sensor. And that's why the engine light is on. And it need 2100 rupees to fix the problem. I said why didn't you tell me in the morning when I came to submit my bike. To that, they said they didn't notice it at that time. Then I wanted my FI testing report. They denied to give the report, saying that there is problem in my O2 sensor, so they can not give the report. I found this illogical. And I demanded for the FI report so that I can show it to other service center. Then they did second time FI testing and did something tuning to which the problem was not there anymore.
Long story short, they wanted me to spend some money at there service center, so they made up that O2 sensor problem, which was not an actual problem. I will never visit this service center again. Worst experience ever.
