★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my 2012 fzs bike for service here. But after service and replacement of brake pad and hyraulic oil my bike tuning was off and was accelerating more when turning the right side. Next day I asked them to check the tuning they said the accelerator wire needs to be changed still they could not rectify this and then started blaming the bike engine for it needs to be cleaned. I felt they are not capable of being a expert technician or mechanic and feel some road side garage mechanics are better experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very bad experience with this showroom and its service especially. If you want to purchase any bike then go for other distributor except this one. The behaviour of their salesman and service man was very rude they are not supportive. I feel very dissatisfied with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not cooperative always, back side of showroom is service center , if you will take a spare (no discounts) apart from that you have to ask thrice for bill. Very rush always .... not proper behaviors as I feel ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Venus Yamaha, for the Aerox 155 maxi scooter. Its beyond my expectations and the showroom staff people are too coordinative and polite in there behavior. Lets hope i get myself an Aerox soon from venus...

There was an issue though. If you pay through upi and afterwards want to return anything due to incompatibility then they won't refund you! Instead they will force you to buy something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here and Purchased a vehicle and got cheated badly. They cheated me in my down payment and robbed me Rs, 4398/- and put the blame upon financier. Upon detailed investigation I found them guilty.
To get the refund I had to file an FIR against them in the local police station. However, I had to withdraw the FIR, only upon their refund. BEWARE OF THEM.. AND THOROUGHLY CHECK EVERY CHARGES CAREFULLY. DON'T FORGET TO ASK FOR MONEY RECEIPT AGAINST EVERY PURCHASE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience...!! Behaviour of the employees are damnn rude and irresponsible.... Last week i purchased a bike.. The employees behaviour are very rude.. If you go there they.. Will be like sitting and chilling on their own... They pay no attention to the customers.
