★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly poor maintenance. The RWA is of no use. The whole of Dwarka receives proper water supply but this society still supplies Borewell water which is so bad that ur hair falls out. Ur metal utensils break. My IFB washing machine's body is destroyed. Had to junk it and get a new machine altogether.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor maintenance. Lifts are in pathetic condition. New Mgt is working on it. Water quality has now improved. Good thing is that it is close to Metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice compact apartment with Airy rooms. It's a corner society so gives a good view from upper floors. The RWA needs to work on appartments upkeep and maintenance.
