★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall staff is good but only the person sitting on the front desk Mr Sandeep not only talk very rudely to the customers but also lack the minimum skills to do the work efficiently. He kept me standing for 45mins just for completing and issuing new passbook to me even though there was no customer standing before me. If the manager Ms Komal was not there he might have kept me standing for the whole day. He is the only person in the branch who doesn't want to work and spoiling the branch reputation.
