★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS PHONE NUMBER IS JUST USELESS...I WISH WE COULD GET HOLD OF THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE ...AFTER CALLING FOR INFORMATION REGARDING CARD ONE LADY PICKS THE CALL AND TRANSFERS IT AND CUSTOMER LIKE A FOOL IS HOLDING ON TO THE PHONE ...TEN MINS PASS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HEAR SONGS ON YES BANK!!! VERY SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS THIS IS....!!!! WHY DO YOU PUT SUCH NUMBERS HERE??????????? WHEN THEY ARE OF NO HELP!! AND THIS KEEPS HAPPENING MANY TIMES...WHY CANT SUCH BANKS ENSURE CUSTOMERS' NEEDS ARE TAKEN CARE OF!! SAME STORY WITH EVERY BANK NEARLY (YES BANK BOOSTING OF BEING 4TH LARGEST AND WHAT NOT) AND YOU GUYS HAVE TO GIVE WORK TO CALL CENTER PPL WHO ARE MOST OF THEM IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE ...VERY VERY BAD!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branch I have come across in my 8 years of experience with yes bank. I must have visited the jaripatka branch 10 times to get a simple thing done - get my number updated as I no longer have that number, may be someone else does but not me anymore.
One of the RM Mr.Saurabh was more interested in selling me FDs instead of helping with my issue. He must have made me come to branch 10 times to get number updated and they still couldn't do it.
Documents after documents and excuses after excuses. Bunch of jokers. Such people should be immediately fired.
